I. Properly vent the hotwater heater and provide it with an approved pressure and temperature relief valve. 2. Properly vent the space heater. 3. .Immediately discontinue the discharge of sewage onto the surface of the ground. Septic pumping shall be done to keep sewage off the ground until a sewer connection is completed to the sewer lateral in front of the dwelling. Oro Dam Boulevard, Oroville, CA (assessor's parcel number 30-19-5-8) to ascertain compliance with letters mailed to you on the seventh of July, and the first of August 1978. - At the time of the inspection, it was determined that the dwelling is now occupied. A review of the Butte County Department of Public Work's records revealed no permits or inspections for plumbing repairs required in our letter of July 7, 1978, and a search of the Health Department's records revealed no record of sewage system repair or connection to sewer. Waste water was observed running down the front of the property almost_ onto Oro Dam Boulevard.
