(1) Urban improvements are required in the form of curb, gutter, sidewalk and street
widening along SR162. Butte County would be willing to have them done as you construct.

(2) Drainage is required; however, for you as an individual to install a complete,
drainage system to Rudy Creek would not only be unfair but impractical. Butte County

storm drain system necessary in this immediate area.
The new storm drain study indicates higher deposits; however, this has not been adopted
at this time and Butte County would be willing to continue with a deposit based on
$1,800 per acre or $900 for your half -acre parcel. We appreciate a chance to work
with you on this since you realize the benefits of improving your business and we be-
lieve that Butte County should make the pain of this as tolerable as we can. Our
thanks for your cooperation.
