This is to strenuously protest the 'granting of a use permit
fo,r the esta.bl ishraent of a mobile home park on land ov-m-
as AP-30-20-0-46 in Code Area 104-10 on-14th Street between
the t?rgvvenu.e and on
west side of Street. This was assessed to -J6Kn Thev-eos but
is apparently being sold to W. d', ropier Who intends to
build a trailer court on i t, of 50 units
The parcel cited is directly across the rosd, (14th Street)
From my land (AP-30-181-.015) when, I have my horse. Z feel
the bi ldine of a trailer court near ane would reduce the
value 09 my property materially* It was my belief that this
was a residential neighborhood.
In recent years a use permit was denied on. land of John
Theveos for a trailer .pare, wne of the _reasons. _given being
that the land di'd not have access to a nain road. l under-
stand there is an 80 fto right of way for 14th Street, and
