The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the propertyrpursuant to.the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code. 5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use Permit. The Planning Commission may grant extensions of the Use Permit for one-year periods thereafter. y- 6. In the event that the applicants who are residing within the mobile home or the conventional residence, for any reason, move to another l.ocation or aredeceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granUed herein shall automatically.expire and the mobile home shall be moved within one hundred twenty (120) days.. In the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant.to the terms of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of removal in the amount of $1,000. 8. The mobile home is to be installed under permit with the Building Division of the Butte County Department of Public Works. 9. The mobile shall not be installed on a permanent foundation. 10. All junk cars and lumber shall be removed or placed behind a sight -obscuring fence prior to the issuance of building permits for the temporary -mobile home and must be so maintained. 11. Condition 114 of the approved Use Permit "The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code." limits the temporary second dwelling to two (2) years, subject to extensions. Therefore, the bond or deposit must be for a minimum of two (2) years to comply with Condition V. The Department of Public Works, Building Division, have been notified that permits for the temporary second residence should not have been issued and work should cease. It was my understanding that you would immediately take care of the problems with the time limits of the bond.
