Condition 114 of the approved Use Permit "The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code." limits the temporary second dwelling to two (2) years, subject to extensions. Therefore, the bond or deposit must be for a minimum of two (2) years to comply with Condition V. The Department of Public Works, Building Division, have been notified that permits for the temporary second residence should not have been issued and work should cease. It was my understanding that you would immediately take care of the problems with the time limits of the bond.
