Shoemaker; A warning notice dated October 1, 1990, was issued to correct Butte County Code violations. As of the date of this letter, the following violations still exist: Section 24-64;. Applicability of Zoning Regulations. The regulations set forth in this section shall govern land use within areas of districts so zoned. All uses of land within a zoned district not specifically authorized or permitted by the regulations are prohibited. Section 24-130.1; Violation of the Residential Zone. The operation of a Automobile repair facility is not an I llowed use in the R-3 (Residential) Zone; nor is the accumulation of vehicles and parts thereof;.Junk (* as defined in Section 24-64.24) cannot accumulate. (*) Section 24-21.24; Junk. Any worn-out and discarded material in general .that may be turned to some use including, but not limited to, old iron, wire, copper, tin, lead, rags, paper, bags, lumber, empty bottles, bones, parts of bicycles, tricycles, baby carriages, automobiles, and other vehicles, dismantled, in whole or in part, kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view, and all other similar personal property ordinarily defined and classified as "junk" kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view and not screened from public view by a fence. .a 4 Chapter 26, Section 26-1; Chapter 27, Section 27-1; Chapter 28, Section 28-1; Building Code. Electrical Code. Plumbing Code. The above noted codes make it unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure, or to do any grading, or cause or permit the same to be done, in violation of this chapter. The above -listed violations shall be corrected or abated by you by: �. Cease -and desist the operation of the Automotive repair t" business (transmission repair) and remove the accumulation of vehicles, parts and accessories associated with the business; remove the hazardous waste material (oil, transmission fluid, etc.) by contacting a licensed recycler, and provide a receipt that it has been properly disposed of to the Division of Environmental Health; remove the accumulation of junk and debris. Contact the building department for the proper permits and inspection regarding, the additions to the mobile and shed; the installation of the wood burning stove; electrical connections at the main panel box out building and shed. Unless the violations are so corrected or abated, a citation shall be issued to you to appear in court for said violations and for failing to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violations or of failing to comply with this notice within 30 days, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County Code.
