The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On March 17, 1982 1 visited the rental units and was permitted by the tenants to inspect 1209, and 1211 Oro Dam Boulevard West, and to observe the exterior of units 1203, and 1205. The following conditions were noted which are vio— lations of the California Administrative Code, Title•25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, State Housing Law Regulations, and which pose health or,safety hazards to the tenants. 1. The porch railing at unit 1209 has broken, and exhibits dry rot, and does not provide protection from falls off the porch. 2. The shower appears to be leaking in unit 1209 and running.through to the kitchen in unit 1211, soaking the electric light fixture and damaging the ceiling. 3.
