As per my conversation with your inspector at our property last month. There has never been a code violation in regards to any type of hook ups.,water,elec . or sewer. The unit in question is a small self contained R.V. unit. I did allow a relative to use it as a sleeping quarters on for a few nights and this was discontinued some time ago. The R.V. belongs to my elderly Father who lives out of state. He comes to visit,approx. once a year for about a one week period On rare occasions he will takea nap or sleep in the R.V. when it is to nosy for him is the house with the kids. There is no hook ups ,no cooking or showers of any kind in the R.V. all of this is done in our home. He stays and lives in our home and only goes to the R.V. to take a quite nap or read a book in peace and quiet.I find in hard to believe that this is a serious violation of code. At his age and with his health we do not anticipate his traveling to this area on a regular basis. I am very much aware of the work load and magnitude of serious problems you and your staff have to deal with, which is why I fail to understand the amount of time and effort you and your department have put into this minor infraction that borders on frivolous and trivial.
