A small greenhouse, meeting the definition of an agricultural building, would not require a building permit. 4. Your question concerning adobe or earth -packed walls cannot be answered without additional information. 'We are presently enforcing the 1973 Uniform Building Code and your details of construction must show conformance with the code and the materials of construction must also conform. If you desire . to use this type of construction, I suggest you contact us in person and discuss your proposed construction in detail. 5. Electric wiring, in conduit, may be exposed on the interior walls. I assume the Health Department will answer the related items concerning sewage disposal.
