Committee meeting held on Octobe- 10, 1990, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Com, aice for the abovo-referenced
property. The condition is:
1. Provide evidence that the pa-cel is in compliance with the usable
sewage disposal area requirements of Appendix VLT of Chapter 20 of
the Code of Butte County.
