At the regular moeting of the 'Butte County Advisory Agency . Ad on (August 12,
1991, the Agency noting that the project is categorically
exempt from environmental review, approved the above-referented project
tubJect to the conditions listed on the attached sheet.
1f no appeals are timely filed - within ten (10) days of the date of the
Advisory Agency's approval ( August 22, 1991 with tho Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors, this action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be complied with within twenty-four (24)
months of the date of approval by the Advisory Agency.
P,ecent~ly enacted legisl.atio >i (AW158, Chapter 1706, Stattttes of 1.990;
effective January 1, 1991, requires that the Department of fish and Game
pose and collect filing fees as specified to defray the cost of managing
and protecting fish and wildlife trust resources. These filing, lees are
collected during ttihe environmental review process and are to be paid at the
time the County files a "Notice of Determination" with the County Clerk of
the County in which the ,project is lotatedr. This procedure is required
pursuant to Section 21152 of the public Resources Codes.
To increase administrative'efficiency the statute delegated the tollectioi
of filing fees to the County Clerk. The fee required in connection with your
project is checked below,
