Committee meeting held on, May 23, 1990, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property, The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that the parcel contains the
required usable sewage disposal area of Chapter 20 of the Code of
Butte County,
2. Verify 60 ft. of acc..ss from a maintained public road to the
