My inspection revealed a mobilehome and attached structure in a substandard and unsafe .condition. -- Raw -sewage and waste water was being discharged onto the ground surface from a defective sewage disposal system and the mobilehome waste drain plumbing. - The conditions listed as follows are in violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Section 19-4 Unlawful Sewage Disposal; and the California' Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 2, Subchapter 11 Article 10, Section 1704 (a) , (b) (4) (8) (9) (10) (11) , (c) (1) (2) (4) , (d) (2) , (e) (1) (3) , (f) (4) , (g) (3) , and (h) (1) ; and which pose health and safety hazards to the occupant and renders the mobilehome'substandard. 1. At the time of the inspection, corrections identified as items 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 within the letter.were corrected. There was partial compliance with items 4 and 8. 4. Remove all refuse from the room addit=ion, both bedrooms, master. bathroom, etc., remove carpeting, eliminate vermin from the mobilehome, and dispose of all refuse at an approved solid waste disposal facility. 8. Eliminate open wiring circuit in hood. Provide proper wiring connector for mobilehome and adequate circuit breakers. Clean up wiring. To comply with items 4 and B you are directed to: 1. Provide legal and safe electrical service to the mobilehome, pump, and other facilities located on the property. 2. Remove and legally dispose of the remaining refuse and .debris on the property.
