T.19N.-R,3E., south and west of the intersection of Wilbur Roan and Oroville
Dam Blvd. West (SR 1.62), appi-1ximately 1.5 miles east of the intersection of,
SR 99 and SR 1612,, north of BigL 1►fpte County; California,

This is a report detailing the results of a botanical survey, of the 140 acre
parcel .in order to identify plant species of concerti to Butte County and the
California Department of Fish and. Game.
Method,._ n_o
The survey Was conducted by walking the perimeter of entire parcel and then
walling a series of diagonal transects, Specific �;nicrohabitats, pend areas and
vernal pools were given additional scrutiny, Arty and all plants species were
noted With special care given to detect the pre"ence of any plant species or
habitats of special concern.
Due to the uresenc e of wetland/vernal pools and ephemeral drainages on this
site and their association with rare and endangered plants and animals and
sensitive habitats in Butte County, a request was made to the Califwnia
Department of Fish and Game's Natural Heritage Division to search the
Natural Diverslty 'Data Base (NDDB) for inforinition on the location and
condition of an identified d rare and threatened animals, plants and natural
communities which may have been found on this site or nearby. The NODB
report Is attached as Appendix B.
