October 26, 1987, the Agency adopted a negative declaration with
environmental mitigations and approved the tentative parcel map on
the above -referenced property subject to the conditions listed on.
the attached sheet,
if no appeals are timcly filed --within ten (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
When the conditions of approval are complied with, it will be in order
for you to file your "final map" with the Butte County Department
of Public Works for recordation within twenty-four (24) months of
the dote of approval, by the Advisory Agencyj
