Since that time, we have gotten our permits on time, either from the Oroville office, or if we need them sooner, from the Chico,Office. This is the first time during that period there has ! been any problem in getting a permit. As you can see by the enclosed photostatic copy of our check record, the check was written on May 29th for a permit for Mr. Blair, so apparently went astray in.the mail. Hereafter, we shall only get our permits from the Chico office. We are also re -filing our application (enclosed,) and sending a check for triple payment.
