ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Charles Carey is
hereby granted a Variance in accordance with application filed: 1/2/86
to allow a parcel 60 feet in width on property zoned A -R located on the
north side of.Tehama Avenue, 250 feet west of 20th Street, Thermalito.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS=
1. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health
Department.
2. Meet the 'requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County
Department of Public Works.
3. Applicant must comply with all applicable State and local satutes,
ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were
imposed upon the granting of this variance, and that I agree to abide
fully by said conditions.
