of California, being portions of Parcels 1 and 2 as shown on the Parcel Map filed
in Book 62 of Maps at Page 80, Butte County Recorders Office described as
follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence South 00° 00'13"
East along the West line of said Parcel 1 197.58 feet; thence leaving said West
line, South 89° 59' 03" East, 330.02 feet to a point on the East line of said Parcel
2; thence North 000 00' 13" East along the East line of said Parcel 2, 233.54 to
