\( MINUTES June 22, 1977
Mrs. Blair read staff findings
Proponents: Kenneth Bettis said (a-62-)`,that the parcel now under
consideration is now a cozy pasture ark:' khat i»%the past there had
been some drainage ,problems ; aEi furtruT- . tated that his reason £or
asking for a kennel license was for advertitsing purposes and that he
had no desire to have more than A4 or 5 ad4l.t dogs at one time.
Mr. Camenzind , noting that 4.,Eents had been made above concerning
the project, asked that only new information .be brottght out at this
time
Mrs, Jones said that shee would have no "
ob e.tion' 'to the
J operation if
:it were confined to (Wult dogs. It was her opinion that other
,,Signors of the petition would tlgrce. Tlie ]rearing was closed.
Noting that a Negative Declaration Regarding Environmental Impact
is to be filed and finding that the proposed uses of the property
will not impair the integrity and character of the zone in which the
land lies and that the use would not be unreasonably incompatible

The use permit proposal is limited in scope: "1 ac-

No boarding of other dogs IS proposed or antici-

6. Noise from dogs will probably be minimal since
the kennel; population will be smal i.. Currently,
