(SB) (95-187) Mr. Hogan read a fax was received from Mr: Watkins withdrawing this project. 'Mr. Hogan accepted the request for withdrawal ;and vacated this nearing, B. He said the comments received from OWID lndicate there Is sufficlent water pressure In the area to approve this request: Mr. Hogan said there Is an additional condition requiring Oroville Union District school fees of $1.72 per square foot.
