NOTICE TO APPLICANT ---USE 'PERMIT
1: If applicant Is other than owt 1, a proof of agency must be supplied In writing
in order to legally sign the "Application for Use Permit.",
Application shall be considered void if not signed by owner or his legal agent.
2. All items on application shall be completed, if an Item Is not appiicable, Indi-
cate by the symbol n/a,
3. explain briefly yet completely the nature of the proposed use. This is very
important and requisite,
4. Fourteen copies of a detailed plot plan of adequate scale to clearly delineate
proposed building and improvements, folded 811x" X '11" shall accompany and be
made part of the "Application for Use Permit."
The plot plan shall Include the followings
a. A scaled drawing of the parcol(s) boundarleq;
b. Location of all existing and proposed buildings and improvements.
c. Location and size of existing and proposed access to thm subject parcel(s),
d, dentify streets bordering property and nearby crossroads. Provide a Coca*
tt-an map If necessary, Show North Arrow.
e. Preliminary design for onsite, off4tta improvements andstorm drainage disposal,
(It shall be the responsibility of the developer' to provide detailed engine ring
plans for ori -site and off-site improvements and storm drainage disposal to Butte
County Department of Public Works for approval and install required facilities,
Engineering plans must be done by a Registered Civil Engineer.)
5, Applicant shall further understand that the "Application for Use Permit" Shall
be sublect to the approval )f the Planning Commission or, upon appeal, of the
Board of Supervisors.. Any subsequent special conditions ordered by the Planning
Commission shall be made part of the approved "Use Permit" and shall be binding
on the applicant.
!6. Unless conditions of ,anproval have been complied with, in a one-year period,
from the date of applicant's receipt of the validated use permit the "Use Permit„
will be deemed expired.
7. Fees may be paid In cash or by check made to "Treasurer of Butte County".
