the area if this variance were not granted.

The hearing was closed and Commissioner Gilbert stated the circum`
stances that must be present for the Board or Commission to make
the 7iecessary I�findings" when granting a variance. Commissioner
Moore, commented that he had been one of those 'voting against this
measure at the Board of Zoning Adjustment, and made a motion to deny
the appeal, stating'tha4 lie was unable to make the necessary findings
for approval The motion was seconded by .Commissioner Gilbert,
