In response to your letter dated December 9, 1992, the-Thermalito
.Subdivision has been determined to be exempt from .improvement
requirements pursuant to Butte County Code 26-4.
Development of this property will require connect ion. to a public
water supply and public sewer. We would also recommend that the
developer of these lots provide deeded access to a publicly
maintained road and a traversable road to each lot being sold or
developed.
