I! 11 Inter. -Depart 0 .0emor andum Butte County Advisory Agency' Planning Director REPORT ON BOUNDARY L111t, MODIFICATION FOR TCOR TITLN ON AP431-24-3-04,27 August 16. 1988 Single family houses have been constructed on both parcels. The house on AP#31-24-3-4 has been constructed within the required 5 foot side yard setback (Ordinance #684, 1960) necessitating the Boundary Line Modification, Pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, the Advisory ,Agency shall limit its review and approval to a determination of whether or not the parcels resulting from, the lot line adjustment will conform to local zoning and building ordinances. The proposed lot line is 4 feet, 10.8 inches from the house on AP#81-24-8-4t conflicting with the adopted Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte. Neither lot meot8 the minimum frontage requirement of the A -R ZoAe- However, since the Boundary Line Modification will not modify either lot frontage, no actloh is necessary. RECOMMENDATION - Approval of the Boundary Line Modification subject to the recovd of survey or deed delineatinqi. 1.
