The original house was demolished so a new house can be built. The owner originally applied for a demo permit (BP 05-3311) but changed his mind and applied for a repair/remodel permit (BP 06-0066). As stated by the neighbor, the house was demolished. He was requested to contact Richard Nixon for an inspection to confirm the house was actually demolished. If a permit for a new single family dwelling is applied for make sure to confirm setbacks on the submitted site plan. This may be a private land use issue with regards to property line location. This memo is for informational purposes.
