Mrs. Weiss came in and advised that work had been done in unit #1 of her triplex without
permits by an unlicensed contractor. The work done in unit #1 was: replaced window,
installed gas tankless water heater, ran 220 for drier in the bathroom, hard wired smoke
alarm, replumbed water lines in bathroom. Work done in unit #2 was: ran 220 for drier
in the bathroom, replumbed water lines in bathroom.

She will be hiring a licensed contractor to complete work in unit #2 and unit #3 to match
work that was done in unit #1.
She will have the contractor come in to pull the permit.
