This letter is to confirm that Thermalito Irrigation District is approved by the Department
of Health, State of California, to supply domestic water to users within the District and
that ample water for normal use and fire protection is available along with sewer service,
to the above referenced parcel. All installations of water and sewer must be built to
Thermalito Irrigation District standards.
This letter will expire one year from today.
At the present time, the fees for water hookup for a 3/4 meter are $2571.00 and the sewer
hookup fee is $1791.60. Of course, should the fees change, the applicable fees will apply
at time of hookup.
