Among many concerns since Ms Powell's initial application in January, 1998, 1 am concerned about the inordinate time delay(s) since the disbursement of funds from escrow for the above mentioned property, and the fact that the Manufactured Home that Ms. Powell purchased has as of this date not been installed on her property. Additionally, I am concerned about statements made to Ms. Powell about how you "did not charge enough" for the lot ready, therefore you would have to withhold the skirting as agreed to in the purchase contract. And most recently, I am especially concerned about the placement location dispute of Isis. Powell's home on her property. When Ms. Powell discovered that the power pole and home was being; placed nine feet from the east property line, Ms. Powell expressed her desire to have it exactly seventeen feet from the east property line_ Ms. Powell was told that that was the only location on the property "that the City and County would let it be placed" and that.she would have to "live with it." Unbelievably, the very next day, with deliberate disregard for Ms. Powell's wishes, the power pole was placed exactly where she did not want it, and Ms. Powell was told that "if she wanted it moved, it would cost her $200.00." Furthermore, I doubt that the Certificate of Occupancy would be passed by the inspector with the home placed six inches from one of the few remaining trees on Ms. Powell's property! I urge you to comply with your promises and duties implied, expressed and contractual post haste. I expect you to, without further delay, and without further out-of-pocket expense to Ms. Powell, to complete the installation of ber home to her satisfaction..
