1. We are the owners of that certain real property situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, located at 1474 10th Street, Thermalito, identified as assessors parcel
number031=281`053 and described as follows:

The Southerly 51 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 78, as shown on that certain Map
entitled, "Map of Thermalito, Butte County, Cala.", which Map was recorded in the

Dear Air. & Mrs. Brown:
This is a warning letter to notify you that youare in violation of the
Butte County Code at the above referenced location .as follows:
Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals for utilities
for a travel trailer. Travel trailers are not permitted in AR zone.
Since the zoning does not allow this use in an AR zone, the travel trailer
use must cease and desist immediately.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement
Program that seeks voluntary compliance' with the Butte County Code but
provides an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not
obtained. If voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be
pursued through the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of
a Notice of Violation.
