the north half of the abandoned alley, by Abandonment recorded March 17, 1975 in Book
1974, Page 316, Oficial Records, merged into one parcel, and containing a total of 0.362
acres more or less.

All of Lots 16 and 17 of Block 34 as shown on the Map of Thermalito, Butte County,
California, recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder on June 8, 1887, and also
the south half of the abandoned alley, by Abandonment recorded March 17, 1975 in Book
1974, Page 316, Official Records, and also the north half of abandoned Placer Avenue,
by Abandonment recorded September 5, 1924 in Book 1 of Road Deeds, Page 87,
Butte County Records, merged into one parcel, and containing a total of 0.453 acres more
or less.
Together with an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities, described as follows:
The westerly 25 feet of Lot 7 as shown on the Map of Thermalito, Butte County,
California, recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder on June 8, 1887, and also
the north half of the abandoned alley by Abandonment recorded March 17, 1975 in
Book 1974, Page 316, Official Records.
Also reserving the north 40 feet of the west 40 feet of the herein described Parcel B as
no -building area for road access purpose.
