tion as shown on PH&G phamphlet 02505 sheet 5, copy attached.
I desire to do this in order to have electricity on my
property to -operate a well pump, an electrical fence,°night
lights, etc..
I do not plan to build a house.or to live on the property
for at lease 5 years.
Request you advise me on how to obtain a permit to install
the permanent electrical pole. Please forward whatever forms
are necessary as I do not get up to Oroville too often. I will
fill them out and return them to you.
