Southwest corner of said section 3, as shown on that certain Record
of Survey recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder,

05" East, 1305.80 feet to the Southeast corner of the West half of

Dear Mr. Faulkner:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review
Committee held on January 11, 1993, the Commmittee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The condition is:
1. Provide a "will serve" letter from OWID regarding domestic
water service.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can
be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving
your right to appeal the committee's decision. If the condition
is met prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate
with no conditions will be issued.
