APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on January 11, 1993, the Commmittee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The condition is: 1. Provide a "will serve" letter fron OWID regarding domestic water service. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right•to appeal the committee's,. -decision. ..If the condition is met prior to the end' of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be issued...
