This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of
Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel
of property identified below complies with the applicable
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the
Butte County Code.

Description: All that certain property located in the County of
Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the West.half of the Southwest quarter of Section 3,
Township 19 North, Range 4 East, MDB &M and more particularly
described,as follows:
Beginning at a. 1-1/2 inch iron pipe set in concrete at the
Southwest corner of said Section 3, as shown on that certain Record
of Survey Recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder,
State of California M$rch 27, 1974, in Book 47 of maps at page 69.
Thence along the'Southerly line of said Section 3, North 88' 31'
05" East, 322.35 feet to the Southeast corner of that certain
parcel recorded in Book 845, Page 125, official Record of Butte
County, said point being the true point of beginning for the herein
described parcel; thence from said point of beginning along the
Easterly line of above said parcel North 0' 29' 55" west, 259.19
feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence along the
Northerly line of said parcel, South 88' 31' 05" West 30.08 feet to
the Southeast corner of that certain parcel recorded in book 1475
Official Records of Butte County at page 453; thence along the

APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review
Committee held on January 11, 1993, the Commmittee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The condition is:
1. Provide a "will serve" letter fron OWID regarding domestic
water service.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can
be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving
your right•to appeal the committee's,. -decision. ..If the condition
is met prior to the end' of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate
with no conditions will be issued...
