The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On January 28, 1988, I accompanied Mr. Edward Overhouse, Sanitarian, to the site. I observed a totally burned building and the remains of its contents on the property. These conditions are a violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 31, Section 31-8 - Refuse Removal; the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (a), (h), (i), (j), (k) and (1); and which are a nuisance, rodent harborage and hazard to persons in the area. To comply, take action within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice to remove the burned remains of this building, its contents and other refuse completely from the property and dispose of the same at an approved disposal site. Remove the junked car from the county right-of- way and dispose of it at a junk yard. Failure to comply with this notice, will result in this matter being referred to the Butte County Board of Supervisors for implementation of a nuisance abatement; cleanup of the property and a lien being filed on the property to recoup the cost of cleanup.
