This is your final warning. Unless you contact this office and'make the
proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within
ten (10) days from the date of -this letter, enforcement shall be pursued
through the issuance of a citation (ordering you 'to appear in court) for
said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this -warning letter.
Upon conviction of said violation(E) or of failing to comply with this
letter, the court shall impose penalties (fines) and a Notice of Violation
shall be recorded in accordance with Butte County Code Section 41-7. The
Notice of Violation shall include a description of the premises the violation
concerns, a description of the violation, the date of your conviction and
the action necessary to correct or abate the violation(s).

Dear Ms. I-Iefflinger:
This is a courtesy notice to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code,"as follows, at the above -referenced location.
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for installation of two travel trailers.
Since additional living units are nDt permitted in the ARMill zone, the travel
trailers must be removed from the property or the occupancy and use must
cease and desist immediately and the travel trailers be placed in dead
storage.
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County
Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code
Enforcement Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if
voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation
including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation.
You have thirty 30 days to voluntarily comply with the above directions
or to present an acceptable plan for abatement or corrective actions to
be taken by you. Should you have any questions concerning this matter,

This department received complaints concerning -garbage and trash,. housing conditions,
and a sewage failure on the above. listed. property. The. Butte .County Assessor's'
.records indicate you are the owner of the pro.pert�.
OYr.October 11;, 1,984, I visited the property and met a young woman who, was in the
process of removing garbage and trash from the property.. I advised her of the
complaints, and also showed her the sewage on the ground:near the.septic tank or
cess pool... She.indicated repairs would be made as needed on the house and to the
sewage system.
This letter is'an official notice to insure that all necessary repairs are made
made and. garbage and trash removed from the property prior to its occupancy.
The following conditions were noted which are in violation -of -the Butte County
Code; .Chapter 19, Section. 19-4. Unlawful Sewage Disposal Methods; Chapter 31,
Sec:tiori3178 Refuse Removal;.and the California -Health and'Safety Code, Section
17920.3 (a)..-
1. The sewage system has failed as evidenced by sewage on the ground surface in '
the vicinity of the cess pool.
2. There is an accumulation of garbage and trash on the property, and stored in
she'd at rear.
3. The shack at the rear of the property, and the house in front, both appear to .
be in poor repair and condition.. The complaint alleges both are unsafe and
hazardous for human habitation-
