Avenue_, identified as AP 33-082-05, Oroville
Due to a misunderstanding, it was explained by staff that this problem
could have been handled administratively, that leach lines can extend
into the setback area.
Mr. LaWson'recommendod that this application be withdrawn and the
fee refunded.
Such a motion was made by Commissioner Watson, seconded by Commissioner
Moore and passed unanimously.
STaff later deterLne.d that the variance was for the mobile home
to project into the setback area and was. not a septa,c system variance,
