Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte and the special
conditions set forth below:

Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for approval of appli-

said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte. County Zoning Enabl-
ling Ordinance.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. 110 retail sales aft at this location.
2. All of the manufacturing operation to be within the
existing building.
3. No outside storage of materials
4. Limit operation to owner and one employee.
5. Install one fire hydrant capable of flow of 2000 qpm at
40 psig no more than 200 ft. nor less than 100 ft. from the
structure. Hydrant must meet requirements of Butte County
Dept..of Public Works and the water supply agency --this
subject to modification by Fire.Marshall.
6. Verify legal access.
