Merger description for S. Scruby
All that certain real property situated in the South one half of Section 4, Township 19
North, Range 4 East, M.D.M., unincorporated area of Butte County, California, being
Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 5, as shown ori that certain map entitled "Map of The Western
Pacific Addition to Oroville, Butte Co., Cal.", which map was recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on November 14, 1905,/in Book
4 of Maps, at Page 16, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Block 5, said point also being the
Northwest comer of said Lot 6; thence easterly along the north line of said Block 5,
North 90° East, 160 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of said Lo_tthence
leaving the said north line of Block 5, southerly along the east line of said Lot 4, 125 feet
more or less to the Southeast comer of saidEo-t 4 thence westerly along the south line of
said Lots 4, 5and 6, 1f60 feet more or less to the Southwest comer of said Lot 6; thence
