The plot plan shall Include the following
a. A scaled drawing of the-percel(s) boundaries.
b. Location of all existing and proposed buildings and Improvements
c. Location and size of existing and proposed access to the stib)oct parcel(s').
d. Identify streets bordering property and nearby crossroads, Provide a loca-
tion map If necessary. Show North Arrow,
e. Preliminary desgio for oh-si•te, off-site improvements and storm drainage disposal,
(It shall be the responsibility of the developer to provide detailed engineering
plans for on-site and off-site improvements and storm drainage disposal to Butte
County dopartment of Public Works for approval )d install required facilities.
Engineering plans must be done by a Registered Civil Engineem)
5; Applicant shall futher understand that the "Application for Variance" shall be
subject to the approval of the Board of Zoning Adjustment, or, upon appeal, of
the Board of Supervisors, Any subsequent special conditions ordered by the
Board of Zoning AdjustMent sihall be made a part of the approved Variance" and

6. VARIANCES from the terms of the zoning ordinance shall be granted only when,
