The Butte County Board of Supervisors authorized me to approve your
requ �ts to authorize your city to check plans,�issue building permits,
conduct inspections and collect fees on property in the process of being
annexed to the City of Chico. In the future, please direct such corres-
pondence to-th-is. office.
Per your request regarding the above -noted proposed annexation in Chico,
I hereby relinquish the County of.Butte's jurisdiction on said property.

Dear Mr. Castleberry:
In order to secure sewer connection to the City of Oroville
for the above parcel, I have requested annexation to the
City of Oroville.
It is my understanding that upon your approval., all legislative
review may be processed by the City. I am currently attempting
to secure a building permit for the above parcel and am antici-
pating the filing of the tentative parcel map.
The division of the property will generate the necessary capital
to finance the design and construction of approximately 750 feet
of sewer main extension to serve the.two proposed parcels.
It is respectfully requested that you grant processing to the
City to.ma.intain continuity -through the annexation proceedings.
