RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
ABANDON AN EASE4MT
WHEREAS, this Board has received' a request from Souther,
California. Financial Corporation to allow` the vacation of the easement
as described below, -
'WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this 'Board
under, Government code Sections. 50430 et S, eq,,, this Board wishes to
declare: its intention to vacate said. easement as described below.`
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this;Board: -
1¢ That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
