tion map if necessary, Show North Arrow,
e. preliminary desgin for on-site, off-site improvements and storm drainage disposal.
(It 'shall be the responsibility of the developer to provide detailed engineering
phihs for on-site and off-site fii provements and storm drainage disposal to Butte °
COunty Department of Public Worlcs for approval and install required facilities,
Bttgineering plans must be done by a ,registered Civil Fngineer.)
