-Dear Mr. Shoemaker:
This department received a complaint referral from the E1 Medio
Fire Department concerning hazardous electrical wiring at the above
listed location.. The Butte County Assessor. is records indicate you
are the owner of the property.
On May 22, 1981 I visited the premises at the above listed location.
The E1 Medio Fire Department indicated wiring in.the attic had
numerous open splices and frayed insulation and was overheating_ I
was unable to enter the attic, but the tenants verified the Fire
Department's statement.
This letter is a notice to have the wiring checked by a licensed
electrician and have all missing cover plates replaced and all
hazardous wiring and -.fixtures repaired'or replaced within THIRTY (30)
DAYS from receipt of this notice..
Obtain required permits from the Butte County Department of -Public
Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville", CA..
