McELROY I Deputy Director 1 { 'f i The County has received a complaint alleging health and safety hazards involving a mobile home and a travel trailer located on your property on:the south side of Wyandotte Avenue between Myers and 2119,Wyandotte Avenue, Oroville. Howard Snyder of the Health Department and I reviewed the property today and found the following: 1) A mobile home, which appears occupied., installed on the west side of the mobile at 2119 Wyandotte without the required permits and inspections from this office. We also found the electricity was connected by a spliced extension cord from the commercial building. The open and exposed splice was lying on the ground, creating a life safety hazard. 2) An occupied Airstream travel trailer near the alley, connected by an extension cord from the commercial building and dumping sewage on the ground. c The electricity must be immediately disconnected on the mobile home and you must then obtain the required permits and inspections forl:the utilities and mobile home installation. The travel trailer must be vacated immediately and removed from.the.property as soon as possible. A reinspection will be made on Thursday, January 16, 1986, to verify compliance with this letter.
