appeal of the Platirung Commission55 denial for a Variance to the front yard setback to
allow 'a garage 36 :feet from the centerline of the road on property zoned R-1 located'
on the north side of B street, Oroville, was upheld and the Variance granted Your
Variance will be issued after the approval of the Board minutes for July 13 1998,
Recently enacted legislation (At 3158 Chapter 1 06, Statutes of 1990, effective January
10 1991 requires that the Department of BP h and Game iripose and collect fling fees
as specified to defray, the cost of managing andprotecting fish and wildlife trust
:resources. These filing; fees are collectedduring the environmental review process and
are to be paid at the time the County files a "Notice of Ekemption" with the County
Clt;rk of the. Cdunty in' Which; the project is located. This procedure is required' pursuant
to Suction 21152 of the Public. Resources Cade.,
To increase adnii istrat ve efficiency, the statute delegated' the collection, of filing 'fees
