On October 9, 2002, the Department of Public Works made the finding that the Certificate of
Merger on the above referenced property is exempt from environmental review, and approved
the project.
This action will be final if an appeal is not filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within
ten (10) days of the date of this letter. You or any interested person must do so in writing,
with the appeal fee of $50.00, to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California 95965, prior to 4:00 p.m., October 21, 2002.
If there are no appeals, we will submit the Certificate of Merger to the Butte County Recorder's
office, for recording. We will return the original certificate to you after recording.

Inspector, Butte County -Department of Public Works, and the undersigned, the above
listed.dwelling unit was observed, which.appears to be vacant and in a.substandard
or hazardous condition.
ht is recommended the structure be demolished and removed as soon as possible.
If you elect to repair or rehabilitate the structure, you.should be aware that
the dwelling is located in the area of El Medio where a rehabilitation project
