All Butte County and State of California fees must be paid in full prior to filing the Certificate of Completion. . B. Map and legal description must be corrected to eliminate errors. C. The map and legal description, if rejected by the State Board of Equalization or amended by action of the Commission, shall be revised at the expense of the applicant, prior to filing the Certificate of Completion. D. Pursuant to Government Code Sections 568446) and 56846, the annexation of APN 035-130-119 for sanitary sewer service will be restricted to the installation of a single 4 inch sewer extension designed to provide sewer service to a single dwelling unit.
