Dear Mr. Andoe:
At your request an inspection was made of the above dwelling. The inspection
_was made as a pari of the rehabilitation project currently underway in the
south Oroville area.
This building is of wood frame construction with mood siding, wood shingle
roof :and a concrete foundation Frith inadequate .under floor ventilation.
The under floor system snows evidence of- dry rot and termdte damages There
is a new .electric service, but the interior wiring is substandard and the
ulumbirg also appears to be substandard.
In airier to restore the dwelling to a safe, sanitary and habitable condition,
and to prolong its useful life, the following repairs are required:
1.- Provide an adequate under floor support system by adding piers and
girders as required and replacing all damaged: materials. Remove
and.replace all damaged or deteriorated floor Joists, sub floor and t
floor covering. Provide adequate under floor ventilation. and crawl
.spat, e•
2. Make all windows and door operable and weather tight. Replace•
danaged.or deteriorated materials in wads and make all exterior
walls weather tiht. Add bracing and studding, etc., to walls ;
as necessary.
3. Provide an adequate roof s?lpport system by adding rafters, ceiling
joists and bracing as required. Remove and replace all damaged or
el
deteriorated materis.. -

4. Remove and replace roof covering replacing all damaged or deteriorated
sheathing and provide adequate ventilation.
5. Remove and replace existing deteriorated or damaged wiring, outlet
boxes and fittings, unprotected.wiri.ng, open or exposed.splices, etc.
Provide additional outlets as required and do general electrical
clean up..
6. Provide adequate plumbing fixtures with effective traps and vents.
Provide -proper supports for all drain waste and vent piping. Provide
proper leak free plumbing for all drain, waste, vent, water and gas
• lines.._ • •- ...
:..7--• 'Remove and replace heating system.
The' following items, although not required, are strongly recommended to
effectively prolong the useful life bf the dwelling and/or to make the
dwel.ljmg more habitable:
1. :Provide.. insulation .of walls to R-11 and ceiling to R->19 standards.
2.._ Provide smoke detector.
3. Provide new siding,.wind ows and doors.
4. Provide heating and cooling system.
All "repairs, .:reconstruction, replacement or patching shall be completed to
the -extent necessary to result in a finished product. This may result in
tile, linoleum, shingles, wallboard, paint, vents or whatever is necessary
to accomplish the desired finished product.

Dear Mr. Andoe:
it your request an inspection was made of the above dwellin-. The inspection
was made as a part of tyle rei.abilitation project, known as the -312_ nroPram..
currently underway in the south Oroville area. Under the 312program the
dwelling must be brought up to current building code standards:
This building is of wood frame construction with :rood siding, wood shingle roof

In order to rehabilitate the dwelling under this program the following items.
will be required:
1. Reconstruct the entire under floor system with an adequate pier
and girder system and a continuous foundation with adequate
under floor ventilation. Provide new floor and floor covering.
2. Strip all walls (both sides) and ceiling to'frame and recon-
struct to code.
3. Provide walls with R-11 insulation: and ceilings with R-19
insulation.
4., Reconstruct the entire roof system and provide new roofing.
5. Completely rewire.

Dear Mr. Andoe:
it your request an inspection was made of the above dwellin-. The inspection
was made as a part of tyle rei.abilitation project, known as the -312_ nroPram..
currently underway in the south Oroville area. Under the 312program the
dwelling must be brought up to current building code standards:
This building is of wood frame construction with :rood siding, wood shingle roof
and a. concrete foundation with inadequate under floor ventilation. The under
floor system sho:.m evidence of dry rot and termite da.maFe. There is a new
electric service, but the interior wiring is substandard and the plumbing also
appears to be substa.nde'.rd.

In order to rehabilitate the dwelling under this program the following items.
will be required:
1. Reconstruct the entire under floor system with an adequate pier
and girder system and a continuous foundation with adequate
under floor ventilation. Provide new floor and floor covering.
2. Strip all walls (both sides) and ceiling to'frame and recon-
struct to code.
3. Provide walls with R-11 insulation: and ceilings with R-19
insulation.
4., Reconstruct the entire roof system and provide new roofing.
5. Completely rewire.

6. Provide adequate plumbing fixtures and completely re'plurrib,
including water and gas lines.

7. All windows and doors must be replaced.
8. Provide adequate heating and cooling facilities.
9. Provide adequate water heater with proper temperature and
pressure relief valve and relief line.
10. Provide smoke detector.
I All repairs, reconstruction, replacement or patching shall be completed to the
extent necessary to result in a finished product. This may result in tile,
linoleum, shingles, wallboard, paint, vents or whatever is necessary to accom-
plish the desired finished product.
