Gentlemen:
On a recent date this department made an investigation of the.condition ofa vacant
dwelling located on the above premises.
At the time of the investigation,the following conditions were observed that cause
the dwelling to be sub -standard as defined by the California State Housing Law:
1. Plumbing fixtures were missing.
2. The hot water heater was improperly installed and vented.
3. The dwelling lacked an approved source of heat.
4. The dwelling was not rodent proof.
S. The electrical -system was in a sub -standard, deteriorated and
extensively damaged condition, ,
6: The dwelling was in a general state of dilapidation.L--
7. The sewage disposal system was inadequate, damaged and/or
..._`inoperative .
8. The dwelling did not exclude dampness and other elements.
9.- There was evidence of structural deterioration and damage.
10. There was damage and deterioration of exterior and interior walls,
ceilings and floors.

To comply with the California State Housing Law you are directed to immediately
barricade the dwelling against unauthorized entry. In addition, to eliminate a
nuisance you are directed to either repair or reconstruct the dwelling to make
it comply with the California State Housing Law or destroy the dwelling and clean
the lot of all .debris.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience concerning your intentions for the
dwelling. Unless time extensions are granted, normal time for compliance is
sixty (60) days.
