At the time of the investigation,the following conditions were observed that cause the dwelling to be sub -standard as defined by the California State Housing Law: 1. Plumbing fixtures were missing. 2. The hot water heater was improperly installed and vented. 3. The dwelling lacked an approved source of heat. 4. The dwelling was not rodent proof. S. The electrical -system was in a sub -standard, deteriorated and extensively damaged condition, , 6: The dwelling was in a general state of dilapidation.L-- 7.
