The inspection revealed the following items which must be done: (1) 'rovide a new electric service and completely rewire the building. (2) Provide new heating units installed per code requirements. (3) The two gas water heaters must be installed per code requirements including clearance to combustibles, vents, gas shutoffs and temperature and pressure relief valves with drains to the exterior of the building. (4) Plumbing fixtures must be installed, vented, connected to building sewer and must be clean and sanitary. The shower must be replaced. (5) The front porch floor, side porch floor and the rear porch floor and roof structures must be reconstructed. (6) The floor structural system throughout the building shows signs of serious structural and dry rot problems. The entire under floor system must be made structurally sound, including replacement of all dry rotted and/or deteriorated materials, together with an adequate pier and girder support system and adequate under floor ventilation. (7) The entire roof structural system shows signs of structural deficiencies. The existing roofing must be removed to the roof sheathing. Defective sheathing and rafters must be replaced. The rafters and joists must be properly braced and trussed to provide an adequate structural system, the building must be roofed and the attic properly ventilated. (8) The building must be made weathertite including windows, siding, roofing etc. (9) Provide a minimum of R-19 insulation in the attic.
