Butte County Assessor's records indicate that you own or control the property. On February 14, 2003, an inspection was made regarding the complaint and the following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a) 12; (a) 3; (b) 2; (b) 3:,(b) 6; (f) which pose health and safety hazards to the occupants and render the dwelling substandard.
